2022 Leadership Convention

For the first time in three years, Pi Lambda Phi chapters from coast to coast gathered to develop leadership skills and celebrate brotherhood in person at #PilamCon22 in Baltimore. More than 150 brothers, staff, volunteers, and alumni attended the event.

Over three days of planned programs, undergrads built bonds and got first hand knowledge of the experiences of other chapters and alumni. 

Alumni Speaker Series

This year the Foundation arranged a new, inspirational speaker series sponsored by Avidus. Five well-known alumni were invited to talk about their Pilam experience, how it influenced their lives, and offer leadership advice. Here are some clips from their interviews and speeches.

Undergrad Development

Brothers attended a full schedule of events, featuring sessions hosted by staff and alumni on recruitment, retention, philanthropy, finances, housing, new member education, alumni relations, and other topics to build their personal development.

Alumni Recognized

General Keith Dayton (William and Mary) was awarded the Big Pi, in recognition of his lifelong commitment to service in the U.S. Army.

Dan Scott (Illinois) and Jim “Tank” Morris (Drexel) were awarded the Diamond Chip Council Key for more than 20 years of volunteer service to the Fraternity.

Joe Nascimento (U of Florida) was sworn in as the new IEC President, and four new members were elected, Brendan Sorg (Baldwin Wallace), Alton Wright (UNC), Daniel Website (Berkeley), and Orrin Webb (Salisbury).
