Ian Lowe

Executive Director

Ian is a 2008 graduate from Baldwin Wallace University. Originally from McDonald, PA he graduated with honors while earning a degree in History and Adolescent Education. Ian first joined Pilam in 2005 when he and some of his friends sought to restart the OH Beta Tau chapter. He enjoyed the process of building a chapter and played an integral role in OH Beta Tau’s success as they grew in membership from single digits to over 60 men during his time as an undergraduate member.

Ian is being entrusted with helping our fraternity achieve its Strategic Plan and meeting goals the fraternity sets each year. In his free time Ian serves in the United States Air Force Reserves and has done so since 2004. Traveling, hiking, exercising, and developmental coaching are some of Ian’s hobbies.

Patrick Spanner

Director of Operations

Patrick is a 2012 alumnus of our WA Epsilon Alpha Chapter at Eastern Washington University. Patrick began working for IHQ as an intern in January of 2011 where he worked on various projects for the Elimination of Prejudice. In 2016, Patrick became the Director of Operations. In his role, Patrick leads day to day operations of the International Headquarters, including finances and human resources. He believes working for IHQ provides great opportunities to interact with undergraduates and alumni where he can share his knowledge and passion for Pilam, while still learning from those around him.

Annalise Sinclair

Director of Chapter Services

Annalise Sinclair joined IHQ staff from Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina where she served as the Assistant Director of Student Involvement and Greek Life from 2014-2017. Previously while pursuing her Masters of Education at Kent State University, Annalise was a graduate assistant at Baldwin Wallace University where she was first introduced to Pi Lambda Phi through the OH Beta Tau chapter. Beyond Pi Lambda Phi, Annalise serves as a professional speaker starting conversations about mental health with college students through ForCollegeForLife. She is a sister of Alpha Omicron Pi sorority, joining at the University of South Florida in 2009.

Sean Austin

Director of Expansion

Sean is a 2010 alumnus of Pi Lambda Phi’s FL Delta Chapter at the University of Florida where he was active in the Chapter’s intramural sports team and served as House Manager. He graduated UF with a BA in Economics and a minor in Business Administration, before returning home and growing his own book of business as a Financial Advisor in Miami, FL. In his free time, Sean turned his kickball hobby into business success and grew Coconut Grove, FL’s local kickball league into the largest World Adult Kickball Association (WAKA) league in the country with over 650 members. Sean returned to the University of Florida in 2015 to pursue his MBA and graduated from UF’s full-time program in 2017 with concentrations in Strategy & Finance.

Megan DeArmit

Coordinator of Chapter Services

Megan DeArmit joined IHQ staff in June 2018 ​ upon completing her B.A. in Communications and Political Science​ at Robert Morris University, where she was involved in Delta Zeta Sorority and the Panhellenic Council. Prior to joining staff, she interned for ​her alma mater, ​several congressional campaigns, and CNN. In her free time, Megan does digital marketing for ForCollegeForLife, explores coffee shops in her hometown of Pittsburgh, and watches too many documentaries on Netflix.

Miguel Padilla

Coordinator of Chapter Services

Miguel is a 2018 alumnus of the CA Alpha Upsilon Chapter at the University of California ​- ​Merced. Miguel joined as one of his chapter’s Founding Fathers and served on the executive board for 2 years through the group’s chartering process. He graduated UC ​- Merced​ with a B​.​S.​ in Human Biology and enjoyed working in the school’s Housing and Residence Life department. His passion for the Fraternity and its values is what motivated him to pursue the position within ​our International Headquarters.​

Rosalino Mendez

Expansion Coordinator

Rosalino Mendez is a 2018 graduate of the University of California – Merced, where he was a Founding Father of the CA Alpha Upsilon Chapter.​ While pursuing his B.S. in Bioengineering at UC – Merced, Rosalino spent his free time exercising, conducting laboratory research, and spending quality time with his brothers. As an Expansion Coordinator, he hopes to learn as much from the new brothers that he recruits as he hopes they learn from him. He strongly believes in the values and beliefs of Pi Lambda Phi in the sense of living the values in his everyday life and creating everlasting brotherhood bonds.
