Ry Beck joins Pi Lambda Phi as the new Chief Executive Officer for both the Fraternity and Foundation. In this capacity, Ry will align both organizations under a unified vision, strengthen organizational impact, and elevate the value of both Pi Lambda Phi membership and partnership.

Bringing two decades of association leadership to the role, Ry most recently concluded a distinguished tenure as the Assistant Executive Director for Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity. His non-profit background also includes roles with Uncommon Schools and Princeton AlumniCorps, and he currently lends his expertise to the industry as a member of the Board of Directors for the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors.

Ry holds an MBA from Butler University, a master’s degree in Adult and Community Education from Ball State University, and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of North Texas.

A Texas native who has also called New Jersey and Indiana home, Ry and his wife, Liz, recently relocated to Knoxville, Tennessee. In his free time, Ry enjoys live music and festivals, so stories about your favorite concert are always a welcome conversation starter.

Brian joined the HQ staff in June of 2020. Brian attended Eastern Washington University for a degree in political science with a pre-law focus. While at EWU, Brian served two years on the Interfraternity Council as the Vice-President for Interfraternal Relations and the IFC President, two years within the EWU student government as both Director of Elections and Chief Justice, as well as a year as the Vice President for Communications within the WA Epsilon Alpha chapter of Pi Lambda Phi. His passion for the fraternity’s values inspire Brian to want to help grow and expand the mission of Pi Lambda Phi through work with the fraternity headquarters.

Garrett joined the Pi Lambda Phi Headquarters team in September 2026. Garrett graduated from Christopher Newport University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, and a concentration in critical media. His dedication to fraternal life started on campus as the VP of Recruitment for the VA Alpha Psi Chapter, where he led efforts that doubled the chapter size, and sparked his passion for recruitment. Now, Garrett partners with new and established chapters to expand their footprint, elevate campus engagement, and build strong traditions of community & brotherhood. In his free time, you’ll likely find him playing his guitar, catching an ice hockey game, or relaxing with video games.
