Pi Lambda Phi Fraternity is dedicated to providing support to all of our chapters. A Chapter Coaches Board (CCB) is a key element to this support structure. As a challenge to the status quo, Pi Lambda Phi encourages our CCBs to be comprised of more than local alumni from that chapter. They also include local alumni, alumni from other chapters, and non-Pilams, including females. Through the diversity of backgrounds and experiences, our CCBs help our undergraduate members develop as leaders, while still holding them accountable.
