Ian Lowe

Executive Director

Ian is a 2008 graduate from Baldwin Wallace University with a degree in History and Adolescent Education and a 2018 graduate from Lehigh University with a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. Ian first joined Pilam in 2005 when he and some of his friends sought to restart the Baldwin Wallace Chapter. He enjoyed the process of building a chapter and was in charge of recruitment before becoming President. The Chapter was recognized with many accolades during his time including winning “Chapter of the Year” three consecutive years. As a senior, he was chosen as the recipient of the Rafer Johnson Achievement Award – the National Fraternity’s highest award for an undergraduate member.

Ian has been on staff since 2008 and has worked in every area of Fraternity operations. Ian continues to serve Pilam because he deeply believes the Pilam experience is one that can be transformational and life changing for students – and he wants to help ensure as many students get that experience as possible. He’s been entrusted with helping our Fraternity achieve its Strategic Plan and meet its goals each year. Outside of Pilam, Ian has been a member of the United States Air Force Reserves since 2004 and currently serves as a Captain.

Kris Reiber

Director of Advancement (Educational Foundation Staff)

Kris is a third-generation and double alumnus of Baldwin Wallace University (2005, 2015), where he was a member of the Ohio Beta Tau chapter. In Ohio Beta Tau he was a refounding father of the chapter, Archon, Chapter Coach, and Vice President of OBT’s Alumni Association. Kris served as a Councilman on the International Executive Council between 2019 and 2022. He began working for the HQ staff as Director of Alumni Relations in September 2022. He then joined our Educational Foundation in September of 2024. Prior to working for the Fraternity and the Foundation, he spent six years working in alumni relations at a university in Ohio. His continued engagement with Pilam stems from the support he received from alumni during OH Beta Tau’s refounding, and, just as those alumni did, living out our motto of “Not Four Years, But a Lifetime.”

In his personal life, Kris is always trying to learn something new, currently exploring longboarding, discovering generative AI and LLM uses, and learning American Sign Language with his kids. Kris shares his passion for travel and of course his love of the Cincinnati Bengals with his wife and two children.
