Fun group activities to get to know your fellow pilams.
Team Challenge #1 – Volleyball
Delegates participated in a Volleyball tournament, one of many team challenges though out convention. Teams received points based on how they placed in the tournament. Delegates were assigned their teams ahead of time and remained in these teams for all Team Challenges.
Team Challenge #2 – Mind and Body
Teams participated in several teambuilding activities that challenged their minds and bodies. Teams received points based on their performance in each of these activities.

Ritual and Renewal by Jason Bergeron
An initiation ritual demonstration. Delegates also participated in an oath renewal.
Friday
Ritual in the 21st Century by Jason Bergeron
A review of what ritual means to the fraternity and interpretation of ritual’s purpose in today’s chapters. Delegates also participated in an activity in which groups read over and openly discussed the Initiation ritual text.
Fundraising by David Ly
A presentation on what fundraisers are most successful at other chapters and how they are organized. Undergraduates from NY Omega Epsilon spoke about the success of their chapter's fundraiser.
NFL Games Add to NY Omega Epsilon's Coffers
Risk Management by Gary Sanders
A presentation and discussion on proper risk management planning. Delegates discussed risk management scenarios and how to properly handle them.
Chapter Eternal by George A. Beck
A session to honor Pi Lambda Phi brothers that have passed away in the previous year. This is done every year by reading aloud the names of those brothers.
House of Delegates meeting
A meeting to address Fraternity issues affecting all chapters. During this meeting delegates nominate and elect their Undergraduate Representative.
