Pi Lambda Phi Fraternity provides the best collegiate experience. The Fraternity provides an opportunity to learn and practice leadership, teamwork, planning, networking, accountability, finances, training, and goal setting. These are just a few things occurring every day in a chapter.

How Pi Lambda Phi is Different

Pi Lambda Phi’s founding as a non-sectarian Fraternity was ahead of its time. That openness and understanding of people, the belief that all people are free and equal, establishes a mindset there are no barriers. Diversity and tolerance have become popular buzzwords, but no other group lives and practices tolerance every day by living and working together. 

Our membership selects men for what they can be and can they live our Creed. Period. Pi Lam does this with action, not just words. For us it’s an experience, not a theory.

Volunteering

There are many ways to get involved. Undergraduate advising, training and development, chapter and regional alumni associations, are just some of the ways to give your precious time to a great cause. Our volunteers make a great difference in the lives of young men and other alumni. Our membership doesn’t stop at graduation, we continue to live the Creed through our lives.

Donating

Your donations help the educational needs of our undergraduates and alumni. Each school term we have a new group of men who need training and development for leadership, management, teamwork, planning, networking, goal setting, and holding each other accountable. 

We train and develop our brothers through annual leadership conventions, regional conclaves, onsite visitations, phone support, and through our website. Our objective is to make every member successful. 

By using volunteers we are able to make the most of our resources. Your donations go towards providing the facilities for conclaves and conventions. Your donations help to train our volunteers to teach alumni and undergraduates how to be successful with recruitment, networking, leadership, management, and numerous other skills.
