Convention

Pi Lambda Phi’s Annual Convention is a very unique and rewarding event. Every chapter of Pi Lambda Phi attends this four to five day educational seminar to learn and form lasting relationships. Many subjects are covered and the information is top-notch. A sample day can include seminars about: recruiting high caliber individuals, budgeting and collections, public image and marketing, how to run an effective meeting and so much more. Many of these sessions present information that is not only applicable to Pi Lam, but also life. Pi Lambda Phi’s International Headquarters and the speakers put in a lot of time and effort to make sure our undergrads are presented with the latest and best information available for all sessions.

There are also coordinated social events that foster relationships between the undergrads. These connections help spread good ideas and promote creativity for solutions to the many issues faced in Greek life today. 

Additionally, many alumni are present. These influential individuals come to Convention to meet outstanding undergraduates and help them anyway they can. It is a great way to network and meet brothers who can help you in your post undergraduate life. 

Last year, Pi Lam hosted our Annual Convention in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and achieved the largest attendance of undergraduates in years.  We hope to build upon this success and continue to make Convention bigger and better in the years to come.
