Chip Luman, President
Chip Luman joined the PA Omega Gamma Chapter at Penn State University in 1986 and served as Archon and twice as Rush Chairman. He is currently the COO of HireVue, Inc. Prior to this he was the SVP of Compensation, Benefits and HR Shared Services with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. While at Schwab, Chip served on several fiduciary committees and was an advisor to the CEO and board of the Charles Schwab Foundation on compensation matters. Chip also worked as a VP & GM for Acclaim Entertainment, and in human resources for The Pepsi Cola Company and Marathon Oil. Chip currently serves on the Board of Directors of HireVue, Inc. and the Advisory Board of IQNavigator, Inc.. He resides in Salt Lake City, UT with his wife, two daughters and son.

Brandon Taylor, Treasurer
Brandon graduated from VCU with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and is a Vice President at MorganStanley SmithBarney where he is responsible for managing $250 million in client assets. He serves on the Board of the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce and is Treasurer of the James Monroe Memorial Foundation. Brandon is also very active with Grace Bible Church and is an avid VCU RAMS basketball fan. He has been happily married for over 7 years to his wife Nan, has a 4 year old daughter named Cate and a 2 year old son named Brett.

Pat Daley, Secretary
Pat Daley joined the NC Epsilon Kappa Chapter at North Carolina State University in 1997. He served two years as Rex and was NC State’s IFC President. He was NC State’s Greek Man of the Year and was awarded the Rafer Johnson Upsilon Achievement Award. He also was elected to be the Undergraduate Representative to Pi Lambda Phi’s International Executive Council.
He is currently a Sales Engineer for Eaton Corporation. Prior to this position, he was the Manufacturing Engineering Manager for Eaton in Asheville, NC. Prior to Eaton, Pat was a Captain in the US Air Force and twice deployed to the Middle East.
Pat currently resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife Amy and son James.

Dave Fechtman, Trustee
Dave Fechtman joined the FL Kappa Epsilon at Florida Atlantic University and as an undergrad served as Archon of the chapter.
Dave Fechtman has over 15 years of business experience, specializing in sales management and leadership development. Prior to founding Root Theory, he spent the majority of his career in the banking industry. He was the Sales Director for Fidelity Bank in North Carolina, where he led the sales efforts for their 67 branch franchise. He also served as Market President for Wachovia Bank in Statesville, NC and Ocala, Florida.
Dave believes strongly that giving back to the community is one of the most critical things a business or individual can do. He is involved with many philanthropic organizations, including the United Way where he was the 2009 Campaign Chair. He also sits on many boards, such as the Marion County YMCA, Hale Academy, Marion County EDC and is the 2011 Chairman of the Ocala/Marion County Chamber of Commerce.
He and his wife, Lorri, live in Ocala, Florida with their three children.

Roger Orloff, Trustee
Roger Orloff joined New York Kappa Tau Chapter at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1957. He served as Rushing Chairman, Marshal and Scribe. He has been chapter supervisor to Ohio Beta Tau Chapter at Baldwin-Wallace College, editor of the national periodical, delegate to two national conventions, chapter representative to the National Council and was awarded a Certificate of Recognition by the National Council. His father, Edward M. Orloff, was a member of New York Gamma Chapter at New York University.
Recipient of a Bachelor of Management Engineering from Rensselaer and a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Harvard Business School, he is President of The Acquisition Search Corporation, which advises and assists owners and chief executive officers on strategic acquisitions and on the sale of entrepreneurial businesses to strategic buyers and whose TASCforce Consulting division empowers entrepreneurs to recognize and remove roadblocks to accelerating growth, increasing profitability, building shareholder value and creating great companies.
Roger lives in Atlanta. He is Chairman of the Rensselaer Annual Fund Patroon Society and has been a Trustee of the Rensselaer and Harvard Business School Alumni Associations. The Rensselaer Alumni Association awarded him its second highest award, the Albert Fox Demers Medal.
