Jeff Buhler, C.K. - President
|
|
Jeff holds degrees in Religion and Psychology from the University of Florida, and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College. Currently, Jeff serves as Executive Vice President of Operations for Massey Services, a $130 M company with 90 locations across the Southeast. Jeff served as Vice President of Operations for Middleton Lawn & Pest Control, a $60 M publicly traded company that was recently merged into Massey Services. Prior to Middleton, Jeff held several positions in the areas of long-range planning, annual capital programming, engineering operations and guest room services for Gaylord Entertainment and Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. He is a guest lecturer at the University of Central Florida College of Hospitality Management with a focus on Strategic Planning and Engineering and the Rollins College Business School in the areas of Operations Management and Organized Behavior. Jeff is a member of the Central Florida YMCA board with fundraising and development responsibilities, chairman of the strategic planning committee for Winter Park Presbyterian Church and an alumni board member for Camp Ridgecrest for Boys.
On behalf of the Fraternity, he served as Chapter Advisor and House Corporation President for Florida Delta chapter. He has served Pi Lambda Phi Fraternity as Leadership Consultant, Director of Chapter Services and Assistant Executive Director. Additionally, for the Educational Foundation, he served as Director of Development. He is married (Faith) with a 6-year-old daughter, (Maya) and a 2-year-old son (Jackson) who received a new member pin on the day of his birth from Chuck Steinmetz (FL Delta alum and Big Pi recipient).

Marc A. Weppner, C.K. - Treasurer

Marc joined Pi Lambda Phi in the spring of 1992 as a member of the Virginia Omicron Zeta Chapter at Virginia Tech. During his undergraduate years, he served as K.O.E. and as Rex. Marc graduated in the spring of 1995 with a B.S. in Accounting. After graduation, Marc reorganized the VA OZ alumni association and had it chartered, and in 1997 formed the house corporation (VA OZ Inc.). He currently acts as President and Treasurer of both.
In 2001, Marc started serving the fraternity on an International level as an Associate Councilman. That served as a stepping-stone for the next position – he joined the International Executive Council at Convention in 2004 and is half way through his fourth term.
Marc lives in Manassas, Virginia with his wife and two children (he was introduced to Erin by a brother of Pi Lam while in school at Virginia Tech). Marc is a CPA, and is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer for an IT company in Tysons Corner, Virginia – OmniSystems, Inc. He does some residential real estate work on the side as well. If he’s not in the office or at home running around after his kids, you can find him on the softball fields or the golf course!

Chris Rakunas - Secretary |

Rakunas joined the California Tau Chapter of Pi Lambda Phi at UC Berkeley in the Fall of 1997 as part of the revitalization effort there on campus. As part of the Alpha Class, he helped to rebuild a floundering chapter to one of the biggest houses on campus. He served in a variety of leadership roles as an undergrad, including being the Marshall for two classes. After graduating with a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology, Chris served as the Chapter Advisor at UC Berkeley.
In 2006, Chris received an MBA from USC's Marshall School of Business, where he was on the Dean's List. Immediately following graduation, Chris circumnavigated the globe, spending most of his time in a variety of places with Pi Lams from his chapter, including China, Moscow, and Greece.
Chris currently resides in Southwest Florida, where he has worked worked as a hospital COO and CEO. He is active in the community, participating in Kiwanis, as a coach for the Sheriff's Youth Activities League, and as part of the Founder's Circle of the California Tau Foundation. He is engaged to be married in October of this year.

Lee Cohen - Councilman |

Lee received his Bachelor of Science from Florida State University where he was a Founding Father of the Epsilon Lambda Chapter. Lee received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law. Lee recently started his own law firm, Frankel & Cohen, LLC, in Delray Beach, FL. His Firm specializes in personal injury law and criminal defense. Lee is married with two children and resides in Delray Beach, Florida.

Jim Good - Councilman |

Jim joined Pi Lambda Phi as an alpha class founding father of the Florida Delta Upsilon chapter at Florida Institute of Technology in 1991. He received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1994. During his time as an undergraduate, Jim served as Archon and IFC representative for the chapter. Additionally, Jim served as IFC Greek Week Co-Chair, IFC Treasurer, and IFC President. He was an active member of the Rush committee continued after graduation in helping the chapter with Rush training.
From 1995-1996 Jim served as one of the first Pi Lambda Phi Regional Governors covering eastern Pennsylvania. In spring of 2009 Jim became the Chapter Advisor for the Maryland Pi Phi Chapter. In 2011 he joined the convention committee and became an associate councilman, and later a councilman.
Jim lives in Glen Rock, Pennsylvania and works in Towson, Maryland where he is the Director of Electrical Engineering for Henry Adams, LLC, a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Consulting Engineering firm that has been in existence since 1898. Jim is married and has two children. His interests include reading, handguns, and coaching youth wrestling. In addition to his activities with Pi Lambda Phi Jim is active in his local Masonic Lodge, where he is a Past Master and sits on a number of the Lodge’s committees.

Paul Griffin - Councilman |

Paul joined Pi Lambda Phi as an alpha class founding father of the Epsilon Kappa chapter at NC State University in 1995. During his time as an undergraduate, Paul served as K.O.E, fundraising/philanthropy chair, and on the judicial board. Paul graduated in Spring of 2000 with a B.S. in Business Management. After graduation, Paul helped form the NC State Epsilon Kappa Alumni Association and served as Vice President for two years.
Starting in 2006, Paul started serving the fraternity on an International level as a member of the awards committee. Shortly thereafter, Paul joined the conclave committee and then for the past few years has served as the chairman for the convention committee. In 2010, Paul became an associate councilman.
Paul lives in Cary, North Carolina and works for Progress Software. Having worked in several technical positions, Paul now works as a product marketing manager. Paul's interests include politics and travel.

J. Bradley Morrison, C.K. - Councilman

Brother Morrison received Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Management Science from MIT and his MBA from the University of Chicago. Brad currently serves as a councilman but has held many positions for the fraternity including: Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. For his continued efforts in Pi Lam, Brad received a Council Key in 2001 and the Rex's Ring for outstanding service to his chapter as an undergraduate and the Alumni Achievement Award for commendable service to the chapter as an alumnus from MA Theta. Brad is also involved with the William Daniels Lodge Society of Freemasons and the Clinton Avenue Reformed Church. He lives with wife Sally in Boston and is an assistant professor at Brandies University.

William (Bill) Sandre - Councilman

Bill joined the CN Kappa Kappa Chapter at the University of Windsor in November 1991. In the spring of 1992 he was elected Rex. While attending his first convention in Philadelphia, Bill was elected to the position of Chairman of The House of Delegates. He also served as the Undergraduate Representative to The International Executive Council as the second member to hold this position. Graduating in 1993, he remained on the Council for a period of two years as a Councilman and then again asked to serve from 2001-2002. Bill was appointed Secretary to the IEC in the Spring of 2003.
He returned to the construction industry after graduating as a Construction Manager for The Mady Development Corporation in Dallas, Texas and then for Southfield Developments back in Windsor, Ontario. Returning to school in 1998 to Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan, Bill received a Bachelors Degree in Architecture. He currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife, Criss Ann, and daughters, Mickaila and Sydney. Bill develops and builds shopping centers in the western states from Washington to New Mexico, California to Colorado.

Dan graduated the University of Illinois in Urbana in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Dan is a member of the Tau Delta Chapter of Pi Lambda Phi. While an active undergraduate brother Dan held the offices of Rush Chairman and Marshall. He also participated in most intramural sports that included a football championship his senior year. Dan currently resides in Northbrook, Illinois with his wife and three children. He currently practices real estate and personal injury law in his own practice: Chepov & Scott, LLC. Dan served as the President of the Fraternity from 2006 through 2010.

Bennet H. Silverman, H.B. - Councilman |

Initiated into Beta Sigma Rho's Gamma Chapter at Columbia College in 1956, Brother Silverman served his chapter as Social Chair, Rex and then Chapter Advisor, and since that fraternity's merger with Pi Lambda Phi in 1972 he has served our fraternity as Councilman as well as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and President. Bennet has received his Council Key in 1984 and the Edward Goldman Alumni Achievement Award in 1997. Bennet graduated from Columbia University's School of Law and is a lawyer specializing in international trade and investment matters. He has been married to Linda for 46 years and they have three daughters and (currently) eight grandchildren. Bennet also is involved in significant ways with his synagogue, homeowners' association and the International Bar Association.

Brandon Taylor - Councilman

| Brandon graduated from VCU with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and is a Vice President at MorganStanley SmithBarney where he is responsible for managing $250 million in client assets. He serves on the Board of the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce and is Treasurer of the James Monroe Memorial Foundation. Brandon is also very active with Grace Bible Church and is an avid VCU RAMS basketball fan. He has been happily married for over 7 years to his wife Nan, has a 4 year old daughter named Cate and a 2 year old son named Brett. |

Daniel Spishock - Councilman (Undergraduate)

Dan is currently a Junior at Virginia Tech studying Accounting. Once graduated, he hopes to work for an accounting firm. Dan joined the VA Omicron Zeta chapter of Pi Lambda Phi in Spring 2010. He has previously served as philanthropy chair for the chapter and currently serves as the recruitment chair.
